Job summary

KINETECH RECRUITMENT LTD is recruiting for an established, technology-driven business that is investing in its IT function and expanding its support team. This is a hands-on 2nd Line IT Support role, taking ownership of escalated issues and following them through to resolution.

You will support colleagues across the business, investigate problems involving devices, user accounts, connectivity and business applications, and contribute to the administration of the Microsoft environment.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a genuine 2nd Line IT Support role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint.
• Hands-on familiarity with Intune, Entra ID and Active Directory; ITIL knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of escalated support requests and provide updates until resolution.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint); manage devices and deployments via Intune.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and maintain technical documentation; collaborate with other teams.
