Job summary

Randox Laboratories is seeking a Tenders Coordinator to support the global bid process. Based in Crumlin, NI, you will identify tender opportunities, coordinate responses, and liaise with managers to prepare and submit bids.

The role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and familiarity with tender processes. Full-time permanent contract with standard office hours in Crumlin.

Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours / Shifts

8.15am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 1pm on a Friday

What does the Tenders Coordinator role involve?

The role of Tenders Coordinator is key in securing business on a global basis. The successful applicant will identify suitable tenders, developing quality proposal and pretentions to identify tender opportunities. This will include:

• Searching bid portals to identify potential tender opportunities.
• Updating of registers, databanks, and weekly management reports.
• Distributing tender details to Randox offices, distributors, and business managers.
• Liaise with relevant managers and departments to coordinate, edit, format, and submit bid responses.
• Follow up on bids submitted to assess successful and non-successful bids.
• Maintain internal libraries and tools to aid future tenders.
