A community-centric pub group in Cardiff is seeking a part-time Kitchen Manager. Croeso Pubs operates a number of well‑loved community‑focused venues across Wales and the South West. We pride ourselves on delivering warm hospitality, great food and lively atmospheres that reflect the local neighbourhood. We are now recruiting for a part‑time Kitchen Manager to join one of our pub teams.
This is a 25 hours per week, part‑time position. You will lead the kitchen day‑to‑day, ensuring food quality, consistency and compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards. The role is hands‑on and operational: you will prepare and cook when required, manage stock and ordering.
