Job summary
A leading cruise company is looking for a MOC Engineer to provide world-class technical support across the group. Responsible for troubleshooting and ensuring aircraft availability, this role involves liaising with Flight Ops and Base Maintenance. Candidates need to hold a CAA/EASA B1/B2 License, with significant AOG resolution experience and a strong knowledge of AMOS. This shift-based role offers comprehensive training and the opportunity to support international operations, fostering a diverse and inclusive atmosphere.
Qualifications
Ability to hold CAA/EASA B1/B2 License.
Significant experience of AOG resolution, both hands-on and detailed recovery planning.
Excellent knowledge of AMOS, including maintenance planning functions and modification control.
Responsibilities
Provide troubleshooting advice to Flight Crews and engineers worldwide.
Carry out daily calls to discuss aircraft defects and operational status.
Monitor Deferred Defects and previous overnight maintenance activity.
