Job summary

TUI in the United Kingdom is seeking a qualified MOC Engineer who will provide critical technical leadership on a 24/7 basis. The role includes troubleshooting, defect management, and coordination of maintenance activities. Ideal candidates hold a valid CAA / EASA B1 or B2 Licence and have experience in AOG recovery. Qualifications

• Hold a valid CAA / EASA B1 or B2 Licence.
• Completed a recognised Aircraft Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Strong experience in AOG recovery and operational decision-making.
• Confident in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Solid working knowledge of AMOS and maintenance planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time technical support to Flight Crew and engineers.
• Lead defect management calls with line stations and third-party providers.
• Manage Deferred Defects and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate worldwide Line Maintenance activities.
• Take ownership of AOG situations and drive recovery plans.
