Fujitsu Limited is seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to provide first line Data Centre support for a range of internal, private and public sector customers. You will help ensure services remain operational and incidents are managed promptly within defined processes, collaborating with Data Centre teams and Fujitsu business units.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and to be able to communicate effectively through online toolsets.
• Knowledge of Data Centre Infrastructure.
• Experience within a process driven environment.
• Have an eye for continuous improvement to help enhance Fujitsu's Data Centre offering.
• Pro-active in your approach to work.

Responsabilités

• Provide first line Data Centre support for internal, private and public sector customers to help ensure services remain operational.
• Manage incidents promptly within defined processes and collaborate with Data Centre teams and Fujitsu business units.
• Contribute to safeguarding customer services and upkeep of configuration management toolsets.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Data Centre operations.
