Job summary

Renfrewshire Council is seeking a 24-hour concierge to provide front-line service at high rise sites for tenants and visitors. You will handle queries, emergency repair line calls, liaise with tradespersons, and maintain records with attention to safety and budget considerations.

Key tasks include CCTV monitoring, security patrols, cleaning, and reporting repairs. You should be flexible for shifts and willing to work at various locations, including outwith normal hours.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a high level of service to tenants, partners and the public.
• Clerical work and report writing experience with some budget monitoring.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety procedures and ICT skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to queries from tenants, the public and partners.
• Respond to calls to the emergency repair line and liaise with tradespersons.
• Record keeping and report writing; monitor CCTV and carry out security patrols.
• Cleaning and reporting repairs; ensure health and safety compliance.
• Work 5 days over 7 including evening and night shifts; flexible to locations.
