Manpower, Inc. in Manchester is seeking a highly organized Field Engineer Scheduling Agent to join our busy Scheduling Team. You will coordinate field engineers across a 24/7 operation, ensuring timely support and meeting SLAs.

Initially based in the Manchester office during training, you will move to a 40-hour rotating 24/7 shift pattern with potential hybrid work. Overtime, shift premiums and a pension are among the benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Experience in scheduling or resource planning for field services.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook/Excel) and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate field engineer appointments and service visits.
• Monitor engineer availability and optimise resource utilisation.
• Manage emergency, priority and escalated service requests.
• Liaise with customers, engineers, partners and internal teams.
• Monitor work queues and service delivery performance.
