Manpower, Inc. in Manchester is seeking a Field Engineer Scheduling Agent to join our busy Scheduling Team.

You will coordinate and dispatch field engineering resources across a 24/7 operation, ensuring customers receive the right support at the right time while meeting service level commitments and business objectives. The role requires excellent organisational and planning skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Field Engineer Scheduling Agent to join our busy Scheduling Team in Manchester.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching field engineering resources across a 24/7 operation, ensuring customers receive the right support at the right time while meeting service level commitments and business objectives.

Working Pattern

During the initial training period, you will be office‑based in Manchester, working:

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30

Once fully trained, you will transition to a 40‑hour rotating 24/7 shift pattern, which includes days, nights, weekends and public holidays.

Hybrid working may be available following successful completion of training, subject to business requirements.

Applicants must be flexible to work shifts and able to travel into the Manchester office as required.
