South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an EOC Duty Officer in Bristol to lead day-to-day operations within the Emergency Operations Centres, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.

The role reports to the Deputy Head of Emergency Operations Centres and involves managing the Dispatch and EMD teams, KPI performance, and escalation of issues. Internal candidates require line-manager approval.

Formación

• Experience in operational delivery within ambulance or emergency services.
• Familiarity with NHS Ambulance Command and Control systems.
• Leadership experience in a multi-team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, resource and deliver performance within the Emergency Operations Centres.
• Directly manage Dispatch Team Leader and EMD Team Leader; oversee KPI compliance, performance management and wellbeing.
• Maintain oversight of call handling and dispatch functions across the Clinical Hub and frontline operations.
