Job summary

You will apply your knowledge of servers, storage, SAN and monitoring tools to troubleshoot issues, contribute to change and incident processes, and work with cross-functional teams to minimise disruption.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve complex issues for clients and improve the service.
