Job summary

Clover Care Group is seeking experienced Complex Care Support Workers to join an established 24-hour care package in Berkhamsted. You will work as part of a nurse-led team, delivering safe, person-centred care in the client’s home.

Responsibilities include personal care, repositioning and following detailed care plans, with support from clinicians to escalate any concerns promptly. Continuous competency training ensures high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care and ability to follow detailed care plans.
• Confident with invasive ventilation and tracheostomy care.
• Calm and reassuring in high-acuity environments.
• Observant and able to recognise changes in a patient's condition.
• Reliable and consistent, with respectful bedside manner.

Responsibilities

• Work with a nurse-led care team to deliver 24-hour care.
• Provide personal care, comfort, repositioning and daily activities.
• Follow care plans and clinical procedures with accuracy.
• Identify and escalate changes in condition to the clinical team.
• Maintain dignity, privacy and person-centred care.
