Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker (Female Only) in Colchester to provide 24/7 1:1 care in clients' homes. You will be trained to support complex needs, administer medications, and perform clinical interventions in a respectful, compassionate manner.

The role requires UK-based care experience, comfort with personal care, medication, and manual handling, and a willingness to learn new skills through complex care training.

Qualifications

• 6 months care experience within the 2 years (UK based).
• Experience with personal care, medication and manual handling.
• Comfortable working in a 1:1 setting.
• Willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care training.
• Ability to provide high-quality care with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients in their home.
• On shift, deliver personal care, assist with moving and handling, and support clinical interventions.
• Enrich clients' quality of life through community interaction and helping achieve goals/aspirations.
