OneCall24 Healthcare Limited in Bedfordshire is seeking a dedicated Support Worker – Complex Care to join a small, highly skilled team. You will assist young people with daily living, accompany them to community activities, and support therapy sessions, promoting independence, dignity and choice in their own homes.

We value compassionate, outgoing care professionals who can handle complex needs, manual handling and medication support, with full-time contracted hours offered after probation.

• Experience caring for clients with complex needs and a positive attitude.
• Full-time contracted hours after successful probation.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities for young people with complex needs.
• Assist with community activities and therapy sessions.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence in the home and community.
• Assist with transfers, mobility and accurate medication recording.
