Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker (Female Only) to support a client in Clacton on Sea. You will work 12-hour shifts providing high-quality, person-centered care in the client’s home, including personal care and medication administration.

Role requires 6 months care experience in the last 2 years, comfort with 1:1 care, and a willingness to learn complex care techniques. Training will be provided to support with clinical interventions and community activities.

Qualifications

• 6 months care experience within the last 2 years (UK based).
• Experience with personal care, medication and manual handling.
• Comfortable working in a 1:1 setting.
• Willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care training.
• Ability to provide high-quality care with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with moving and handling.
• Support clients with clinical interventions as trained.
• Enrich clients' quality of life through community interaction and goals support.
