Job summary

Ziegler UK in Birmingham (Tamworth) is seeking a driven Sales Operator to join our growing branch. You will be the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of customers, managing shipments from booking through invoicing and coordinating with transport providers to ensure smooth freight movements and a superior customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

As a Sales Operator, you will become the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of customers, managing their shipments from booking through to invoicing. You will work closely with customers, transport providers, and colleagues to ensure freight moves efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
