Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. in Bournemouth is offering a 2-year salaried Graduate Teacher Training Programme in secondary schools, starting January 2027. You will begin full-time as a Cover Supervisor, gaining classroom experience while earning a salary from day one.

In year two you’ll train for PGCE and QTS with mentoring and support, progressing toward becoming a qualified teacher. The programme provides funded training and opportunities across Bournemouth secondary schools.

Qualifications

• Hold a UK bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for working with young people.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Be confident, reliable and eager to learn.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across the school.
• Manage a classroom and keep pupils focused on their work.
