Teaching Personnel is recruiting for the Future Teachers Programme in Weymouth, starting January 2027. This opportunity is ideal for graduates and career changers to gain real classroom experience in a secondary school across Key Stages 3 and 4, with a two-year pathway to qualification.

You will receive hands-on experience, mentoring from education professionals, and a fully funded PGCE while working as a salaried member of staff in the school.
