Job summary

Babcock International invites applications for its Project Controls Graduate Programme based at HM Naval Base Clyde, Scotland. The two-year rotations develop skills in scheduling, cost control, risk and performance reporting across live defence projects.

You'll receive structured development, mentorship, and a mix of placements in Planning, Cost Management, Reporting and Governance to accelerate your project controls career.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant subject from list (e.g., Engineering, Finance, PM, IT).
• Security clearance: BPSS and SC eligibility/clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and maintain project schedules, monitor costs and progress.
• Analyse project data and produce forecasts and reports for governance and decision-making.
• Assist with risk and opportunity management and contribute to performance reporting.
