Job summary

Babcock Mission Critical Services España SA. is offering a Project Controls Graduate Programme in Scotland, with placements across Planning, Cost, Risk, Reporting and Governance.

The programme runs over two years, including rotations and mentorship, to build a foundation for a career in project controls within defence programmes. Starting salary is £35,000, with on-site work at HM Naval Base Clyde in Scotland and agile working options.

Qualifications

• Degree in one of the listed subjects; ability to achieve BPSS and Security Check (SC) clearance.
• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling, cost monitoring and forecasting on defence programmes.
• Work within project teams to develop and maintain schedules, monitor costs and assess risks.
• Support governance and decision-making with timely reports.
• Participate in rotations across Planning, Cost, Risk, Reporting, Governance and Assurance.

Education

Degree in Risk Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance, Economics, Project Management, Data Science, Maths, Statistics, Business Management, Information/IT Management, Sciences or Engineering
