Job summary

Babcock Mission Critical Services España SA. is offering a two-year Project Controls Graduate Programme in Bristol with hybrid working options. You will support critical defence programmes, learning to manage schedules, costs, risks and performance data across live projects.

Participants complete rotations in Planning, Cost Management, Risk, Project Reporting and Governance, progressing toward senior Project Controls roles within the organisation.

Qualifications

• A degree in one of: Risk Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance, Economics, Project Management, Data Science, Maths, Statistics, Business Management, Information/IT Management, Sciences, or Engineering.
• Security clearance eligibility: BPSS and Security Check (SC) clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project controls schedules, monitor costs and progress.
• Analyse project data and produce forecasts and reports for governance and decision-making.
• Assist with risk and opportunity management; support budgeting and cost control.
• Provide structured development across disciplines including Planning & Scheduling, Cost Management, Risk & Opportunity Management, Project Reporting, Governance and Assurance.
• Rotate across placements to gain experience across the project lifecycle.
