Job summary

Monarch Education is recruiting an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Coleshill. This full-time role provides dedicated 2:1 support for two Reception pupils, mornings and SEND base in the afternoons, with collaboration with the Class Teacher and SENDCo to deliver tailored interventions.

• Substantial experience supporting children with SEND in a primary setting.
• Experience in EYFS/Reception environments.
• Ability to deliver 2:1 targeted support and structure to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 2:1 support for two Reception pupils in mornings and SEND base in afternoons.
• Support learning activities, communication, social interaction and emotional regulation.
• Deliver targeted interventions aligned with individual pupil needs.
