Job summary

Acuity Care Group is seeking a compassionate Male Support Worker in Lincoln to provide 2:1, person-centred care for a non-verbal gentleman with complex needs. You will assist with daily living, emotional wellbeing and behavioural support, promoting independence and choice.

The role requires a full UK driving license and willingness to drive the service user's SUV. Weekly/monthly pay options and fully funded DBS are included, with ongoing Acuity Academy training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Autism and learning/developmental disabilities are mandatory.
• Ability to support individuals with challenging behaviours.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to drive the supported SUV.
• Provide person-centred behavioural and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Recognise changes in emotional wellbeing and behaviour and respond appropriately.
• Promote independence, choice and positive outcomes.
• Work effectively in a 2:1 support team.
• Stay calm and confident in challenging situations.
