Job summary

Acuity Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Tamworth to provide person-centred care for an individual with Autism and Learning Disabilities. The role involves assisting with daily living tasks, budgeting, meal planning, and supporting routines within the home and community.

The position offers day and sleep night shifts, 24–36 hours per week, with a pay rate of £14.00 per hour. A full UK driving licence is essential to fulfil duties and accompany the individual to activities.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience supporting individuals with Autism and/or Learning Disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to an individual with Autism andLearning Disabilities in Tamworth.
• Assist with daily living skills, budgeting, meal planning, cooking, and maintaining a home.
