Job summary

A leading care provider in the UK seeks a 1st Line IT Support professional. You will ensure timely resolution of IT issues, support Microsoft 365 technologies, and maintain high user satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and maintain high levels of user satisfaction.
  • Support the smooth operation of Microsoft 365 technologies, core IT systems, and hardware.
  • Establish system documentation to provide support for the organisation.
  • Undertake key IT operational processes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • A passion for IT and helping people.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and IT hardware.
Ideal Candidate Will Have
Education
  • 5 GCSEs (grades A-C / 9‑4 or equivalent), including English Language and Maths
Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience in a 1st Line IT Support role (or similar)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
Technical Knowledge
  • Experience with Active Directory, Windows OS, and basic networking principles
Personal Attributes
  • A customer‑first mindset with a calm, professional approach under pressure
  • Willingness to travel regularly to sites across Yorkshire
