As part of your responsibilities, you will provide support across various IT functions including Office 365, troubleshooting, and infrastructure project work.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with basic IT service desk practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests by logging incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for users.
• Ensure SLA compliance and keep users updated.
• Build, install, and configure hardware and software.
• Participate in live infrastructure projects.
