Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in the Bootle area. You’ll build lasting client and candidate relationships, grow your recruitment desk and be rewarded for results you deliver.

We offer a competitive basic salary of £28,000-£35,000 depending on experience, plus an uncapped commission structure and strong progression opportunities within a close-knit team that values hard work and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales or business development would be an advantage.
• Experience in digital marketing, officesupport, commercial roles or customer-facing environments is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Source, interview and place candidates in permanent and temporary roles.
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
• Develop new business and win new clients.
