Jobwise Ltd in Stockport, at the heart of Greater Manchester, is expanding its award-winning recruitment team. You will learn the commercial side, build relationships with businesses and candidates, and progress into managing vacancies and end-to-end recruitment processes.

With a starting salary of 26,000-29,000 depending on experience and an OTE of 35,000+, you’ll receive extensive training, benefits and genuine opportunities to advance within a supportive, fast-paced environment.

You’ll start by learning the commercial side of recruitment - speaking to businesses, following up leads, developing new relationships and understanding where we can help. As you gain experience and confidence, you’ll take on more responsibility, becoming involved in vacancies, sourcing and interviewing candidates and building relationships with both customers and candidates.

The aim isnt to keep you just making calls forever. Its to teach you recruitment from the ground up and give you the skills and experience to become a successful Recruitment Consultant.

You don't need previous recruitment experience.
