Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains Ltd is offering a 12-month Human Resources Placement Scheme focused on Compensation & Benefits. You will work in a high-performance team, supporting data analysis, HR systems, and employee data across the employee journey.

You’ll gain exposure to Recruitment and Employee Relations while helping improve processes and engage with colleagues at all levels. The role includes benefits administration and a range of HR tasks within a championship-winning

Formación

• 2:1 or above in a relevant business degree.
• Curious, tenacious and driven with a hunger to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Willingness to engage with stakeholders across levels.

Responsabilidades

• Create and analyse management data to meet departmental objectives.
• Manage bespoke HR databases and IT solutions.
• Gain supplier management experience of discounts, team gear, and occupational health.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
• Support Recruitment and Employee Relations and assist with daily tasks such as managing the work experience programme.
• Engage employees with the annual benefits programme.
