Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains (HPP) offers a 12-month Human Resources Placement Scheme within the Compensation & Benefits team. You will assist with data analysis, HR databases, and support across recruitment andemployee relations, gaining exposure to a high-performance environment.

The role provides insight into the annual benefit cycle and engagement with the wide benefits HPP offers, as well as opportunities to learn and grow within a world championship-winning team.

• Work with Recruitment and Employee Relations to capture employee data across the journey.
