• On track or achieved a 2.1 degree or above in Human Resources or Business Studies.
• Practical, hands-on experience to complement your studies.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support benefits management and liaise with benefit providers to resolve queries.
• Assist with renewals, enrolments, and audit checks for benefits.
• Contribute to benefits communications and wellbeing initiatives.
• Support ER cases and lifecycle documentation for starters and leavers.
• Assist with the annual performance cycle activities.
