Job summary

Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains in Brixworth offers a 24‑month graduate HR scheme with placements in compensation & benefits and employee relations. You will gain hands‑on HR experience while helping the business attract, develop, engage and retain its workforce.

This role covers benefits management, policy updates and ER activities, plus involvement in the annual performance cycle. You will contribute to ongoing reward projects, lifecycle documentation for starters and leavers, and

Qualifications

• On track or have achieved a 2.1 degree in Human Resources or Business Studies.
• Practical, hands-on experience to complement academic studies.
• Curious, tenacious, and driven with self-motivation and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Support benefits management including renewals, enrolments, and audits.
• Assist with benefits communications and payroll-related activities.
• Participate in reward and recognition projects and market research.
• Support ER cases with accurate note-taking and HR policy updates.
• Help administer end-to-end lifecycle documentation for starters and leavers.
• Coordinate PO requests for ER and L&D teams.
