• Actively support the C&B team by creating and analysing management data.
• Experience managing and maintaining bespoke HR databases and IT solutions.
• Gain Supplier Management experience of Discounts, Team Gear, and Occupational health.
• Involved in Continuous Improvement of processes.
• Work closely with Recruitment and Employee Relations.
