Based in Cheltenham with opportunities across Caledonian (Prestwick), Cheltenham and Dowty sites, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to Lean initiatives and even explore AI tools to streamline HR processes while

Qualifications

• Currently studying a HR, Business or Psychology related Bachelor's or integrated Master’s.
• On course to achieve a 2:1 degree or above.
• Penultimate year of study and returning to education post placement.

Responsibilities

• Support HR activities across recruitment, employee relations and engagement.
• Assist with performance reviews, absence management, and disciplinary and grievance meetings.
• Contribute to HR policies, processes and Lean initiatives, and explore AI tools to streamline HR tasks.
