Job summary

Oxfam Batley site is seeking a proactive operations lead to support all warehouse and eCommerce-related activities. You will manage staff, trainees and volunteers, driving quality in distribution, stock control and customer service.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven KPI delivery and flexible coverage across shifts to maximise operational hours. Fixed-term maternity cover (12 months) based at Batley site.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a large warehouse/eCommerce operation.
• Ability to use and interpret data to deliver KPI targets.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower staff, trainees and volunteers to deliver quality and service.
• Oversee stock procurement, storage and inventory systems within a large warehouse environment.
