Oxfam Batley site is seeking a capable operations lead to support distribution, stock management and eCommerce growth. You will supervise staff, trainees and volunteers, driving high standards of service and fostering teamwork across departments.

The role focuses on supply, storage and KPI achievement, with flexible hours and a strong emphasis on development of people and the business. It is a fixed-term maternity cover (12 months).

Mansioni

• Support operations at the Batley site and develop B2B & B2C through distribution, stock procurement and eCommerce.
• Lead staff, trainees and volunteers, delivering quality customer service and providing direction.
• Manage product supply, storage, inventory systems, sales and returns in a large warehouse.
• Develop teamwork across departments and motivate teams to meet objectives and KPIs.
• Ensure shifts are covered, stay flexible, organized and people-focused.
