Job summary

Pricecheck is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader (Stock Control) to guide a designated area and support both permanent and agency operatives, ensuring training, adherence to health and safety SOPs, and prompt escalation of issues.

This maternity cover role offers variety, a pathway to broader opportunities within the business, and a chance to work closely with the Warehouse Management Team. Shifts are open to various schedules; closing date is Sunday 1st November.

Job description

As a Warehouse Team Leader in stock control, your role includes a lot of variety, supporting the different departments in the warehouse. Working closely with the wider Warehouse Management Team, you directly support both permanent and agency Warehouse Operatives, ensuring they have sufficient training and support to perform to the expected standards whilst always maintaining awareness of health and safety and safe operating procedures. Usually allocated to an area of the warehouse, you will guide the day-to-day operations of your given area, ensuring any problems are troubleshooted and escalated as necessary.

While this role is initially offered as maternity cover within our Stock Control team, it provides a great opportunity to step up and develop your experience, with the potential for future opportunities across the wider business.
