Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of electricians? Chelmsford College is seeking an enthusiastic Lecturer to deliver high-quality theory and practical sessions to electrical apprentices.

What you'll do:

1. Deliver engaging, apprenticeship-focused lessons aligned with the Level 3 Electrical Installation curriculum.
2. Support apprentices' progress, providing guidance, feedback, and encouragement.
3. Teach essential topics like Electrical Science, Inspection, Testing, and Fault-finding.
4. Contribute to curriculum development and maintain student records.

What we're looking for:

• Level 3 Electrical Installation and NVQ Level 3 qualifications.
• Minimum of two years' industry experience.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring apprentices.
• Desirable: BS 7671 (18th Edition), C&G 2391, teaching or assessor qualifications.
