Morgan Hunt is delighted to be working with a prestigious further educational college in London to help employ an experienced electrical professional on a full-time permanent basis for their Electrical Installation lecturer role. The Electrical Installation lecturer will be responsible for:

• Liaising with the other members of the department and Curriculum Manager to facilitate efficient delivery of the curriculum
• To plan, design and deliver learning programmes/sessions and facilitate learning in line with course aims, objectives, mode of assessment and accreditation
• To monitor, evaluate and improve the quality and effectiveness of learning programmes, sessions and own practice.

The Electrical Installation lecturer will need to have:

• Qualifications: Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Electrical Installations, 18th Edition & Testing certification, and a full teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one)
• Experience: Relevant industry background and teaching/training experience.
• Skills: Ability to inspire and engage learners, strong IT and communication skills, and a passion for education.
• Commitment to Safeguarding: A dedication to ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
