• Provide dedicated 1:2:1 support for a non-verbal pupil

• Assist the pupil in accessing classroom learning and activities

• Support the pupil's social, emotional, and educational development
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
• Previous SEND experience is highly desirable
• Experience supporting non-verbal pupils, Autism, or communication needs is advantageous
• Patient, calm, and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to use initiative and adapt support strategies as required
• Resilient and committed to achieving positive outcomes for pupils
• Ability to work effectively as part of a wider support team
