Job summary

Nudge Education Limited in Huddersfield is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in a community-based setting.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build positive relationships, monitor progress, complete risk assessments, and collaborate with families and regional teams to support vulnerable learners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN/SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
