Job summary

Nudge Education Limited in the UK is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs in a community-based setting beyond traditional classrooms.

You will tailor intervention sessions, build positive relationships, monitor progress, report safeguarding concerns, complete risk assessments, and work with families, professionals, and regional teams to help every learner reconnect and thrive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
• Experience working with PDA.
