Job summary

Nudge Education is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings.

You will build trusting relationships, deliver tailored intervention sessions, monitor progress, complete risk assessments, and report safeguarding concerns while collaborating with families, professionals, and regional teams. This role offers flexible locations and part-time hours across weekdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role
• Experience working with ADHD and SEMH is required
• Experience and confidence working with challenging behaviours.
