Job summary

Nudge Education is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings. The role focuses on tailored interventions, building trust, and safeguarding, with flexible opportunities based on location and student match.

You will work across weekdays with daytime availability, drive to student locations, and collaborate with families and regional teams to monitor progress and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
• Must have experience with PDA and challenging behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
