Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is recruiting compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings. This role focuses on safe, engaging learning experiences beyond traditional classrooms.

You will work with families, professionals, and regional teams, delivering tailored intervention sessions, building trust with vulnerable students, and monitoring progress while safeguarding at every step.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with ADHD/ ASD.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
• Experience with PEG feeding.
• Willing to undertake Personal Care & adapt to complex needs of students.
