Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate 1:1 practitioners to provide personalised support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings beyond traditional classrooms.

You will build trusting relationships, monitor progress, complete risk assessments, report safeguarding concerns, and collaborate with families and professionals to ensure learning is engaging and meaningful.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with ADHD and ASD.
• Experience with challenging behaviour and SEMH.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days per week for consistency.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance before starting.
