Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings beyond traditional classrooms.

This role emphasizes building trust, monitoring progress, and coordinating safeguarding with families, professionals, and regional teams. A minimum of 2 years’ experience, a UK driving licence, and availability for at least three days per week are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with PDA and complex needs.
• Willing to provide intimate care when required.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days per week for consistency.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance before starting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
