Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to provide personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs in a community-based setting. You will deliver tailored sessions, build trusting relationships, and monitor progress to ensure consistent safety and engagement.

The role requires a minimum of two years' experience, a valid UK driving licence, and the ability to commit to three days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with ADHD/ ASD and challenging behaviour.
• Experience supporting young people with ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences) and using trauma-informed practice.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.

Responsibilities

• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
