Connex Education are looking for a dedicated SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a KS1 pupil in Wirral from September. This full-time role is 8:30am–3:30pm, with a temp-to-perm pathway.
You will support a pupil with Autism and Global Development Delay, help manage behaviour, assist with personal care where required and collaborate with the school team to create a safe, nurturing learning environment.

About the role:
Connex Education are working with SEND Primary School in Wirral who are looking for a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team as a 1:1 Support in September. This role will consist of supporting a KS1 pupil with Autism and Global Development Delay.
About the School:
This School caters for pupils aged 2-11 years who have complex SEND and are supported by an Education Health care plan. They have fantastic on-site facilities and actively seek opportunities beyond the classroom through community visits and real-world experiences. All staff put the children at the heart of everything they do and create a fun, calm and engaging learning environment.
Assignment details:
This 1:1 Teaching Assistant role will commence 3rd September 2026, this is a full time role. The hours consist of working 8.30am-3.30pm. This role is temp to perm.
