Job summary

SENse Learning is seeking passionate Intervention Tutors to deliver bespoke one-to-one support for SEND/SEMH learners across KS1–KS5. Roles are self-employed with flexible in-person, hybrid, or remote teaching, arranging lessons with parents, carers or schools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of post-NQT teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD in a trauma-informed way.
• Enhanced DBS (we can facilitate this) and 2+ professional references.
• UK-based with right to work, including for remote/online work.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with children and young people with diverse needs.
• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring support.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed lessons tailored to each learner.
• Plan and report for lessons and provide regular progress feedback.
